Miriam’s Well Healing Service

DANBURY — Miriam’s Well, a source for Jewish spiritual healing, under the auspices of Jewish Family Services of the Jewish Federation of Greater Danbury, will hold its next Jewish Healing Service on Sunday, June 6, at 7 pm, at Congregation B’nai Israel in Danbury.

Rosalind Kopfstein, Jewish Family Services social worker, will conduct the healing service.

Miriam’s Well, part of a national Jewish healing movement with more than 50 centers across the United States, is the first such center to be established in Connecticut. This decade-old movement brings the richness of centuries old Jewish tradition and community to those in need of comfort and solace.

Reaching out to those in the greater Danbury community who are suffering emotionally or physically and to those who care for them is the goal of this healing center. For more information on Miriam’s Well, or for directions to Congregation B’nai Israel, call the Jewish Family Services, 794-1818.
