Linda Theresa Richardson, 53, of Brookfield, died tragically November 6. She was born on July 4, 1964, in Bayshore, N.Y., daughter of the late Helen (Brett) and Reginald Richardson.

Her son, Dylan; her siblings, Stephen Richardson (custodian at Hawley Elementary School) and his wife Kelly, Donna Richardson, and Michele Richardson; as well her nieces and nephews, whom she cared deeply for, survive her.

Ms Richardson grew up in Bethel and graduated from Bethel High School before eventually making Brookfield her home with her longtime boyfriend, Jay Arsenault.

She enjoyed spending holidays with her family, time with her friends, and playing with her nieces and nephews and watching them grow up. By far, her greatest love was for her son Dylan.

The family would like to thank the public for its outpouring of support during this very difficult time as she was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.

Friends may call at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, Sunday, November 12, from noon to 2 pm.
