Housatonic Valley Waldorf School hosted a Fall Fair & Craft Market on October 21 on the school's grounds. Vendors sold goods, and activities were offered for youngsters.

At one activity station, children decorated pumpkins with paint and other supplies. At another, recent Housatonic Valley Waldorf School graduates volunteered to oversee spinning jump ropes out of yarn. A puppet show was offered twice during the day.

Vendors were situated throughout the school inside. People milled between the stalls, browsing the items, which included outerwear, photography, jewelry, soaps, wool yarn, and more.

A fundraising booth was also set up to help the eighth grade students visit Costa Rica later in the school year. The trip will be, in part, a service trip.
