Handling Holiday Stress: Tapping Workshop, December 13

"Tap Into Joy! Handling Holiday Stress" will be presented on Wednesday, December 13, at 7 pm, at The Tapping Practice office/studio, within Betts Square at 107 Church Hill Road in Sandy Hook. The monthly workshops are focused on the holistic health practice of tapping, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) recognized by the American Psychological Association as an effective treatment for stress and trauma.

"Tap Into Joy!" will feature the practitioners from The Tapping Practice - Suzanne Rossini, Victoria Cryder and Kay Flynn - who will be teaching simple EFT Tapping techniques to help relieve the effects caused by stress and anxiety brought on by the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The Tapping Practice workshops are intended to be simple introductions to tapping and how the technique can help anyone reduce stress and tension caused by any situation, from minor everyday stress to serious trauma.

Participants will lLearn the basics of EFT tapping and how and why it is so effective; practice stress reduction techniques with the guidance of a Certified EFT Practitioner; and learn simple techniques to apply the method at home or anywhere.

Workshops are 90 minutes long and $20 each. Advance registration is appreciated but not required.
