Frost On The Pumpkin Hunter Pace Features Costumed Riders (And Horses)

Riders and their horses, many of them dressed in costume for Halloween, participated in the Newtown Bridle Lands Association’s (NBLA) Frost on the Pumpkin Hunter Pace, on the scenic grounds off Mt Nebo Road, on October 25.

The NBLA dedicated the pace to the Second Company Governor’s Horse Guard (2GHG), showing appreciation to the 2GHG for its contributions to the equine community.

Riders enjoyed lunch from Tambascio’s Restaurant, and live music from Billy Michaels.

Winners are as follows:

Hunt Division: Dawn Tagliavia-Deri and Andrea Sayegh.

Pleasure Division: Kristen McGinness and Terry Hennessy.

Western Division: Rose Mary Biegger and Janet Harner.

Junior Division: Lauren Montague and Susan Gallant.

Jack Benny Award: Donna Freeman.

PeeWee Award: Brianna Gaydosh.

Best Costume: Buzzing Bees — Dawn Tagliavia-Deri and Andrea Sayegh.
