âChristmas Through The Agesâ At Gunn Museum
WASHINGTON â The Gunn Memorial Museum will host the opening reception for its holiday exhibition, âChristmas Through The Ages,â on Sunday, November 29, from 1 to 3 pm.
Visitors will travel back through time to Christmases past, with vintage toys and memorabilia in festive Victorian era, 1920s and 1950s settings. Spectacular dolls from past generations fill one entire gallery. Highlights include different Christmas trees decorated to each time period and stunning vintage dresses from each era.
The exhibit will remain on display until January 17.
The Gunn Museum is at 5 Wykeham Road, at the intersection of Route 47 at Washington Green. This event is free and open to the public.
