Camp Invention Returning To Fraser-Woods

Fraser-Woods School is bringing Camp Invention, a national science and creativity day camp, back to Newtown for the second year with a new curriculum. Fraser-Woods has been selected to collaborate with Camp Invention, an educational outreach program from the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation.

Camp Invention is geared for children in grades one through six. The camp will be held at Fraser-Woods School the week of July 10–14 from 8:30 am to 3 pm. The camp maintains a low staff to camper ratio of one staff member for every eight campers.

Camp Invention is designed to inspire an enthusiasm for science and technology by providing hands on experiences that encourage children to learn through exploration.

The camp is open to anyone, not just students of Fraser-Woods School.

To register call 800-968-4332 or visit CampInvention.org.
