To the Editor:

As a person who has been a recipient of many of the programs that Social Services offers in Newtown, I have met a preeminent and compassionate woman named Ann LoBosco. She is the director of the Social Services Department and embodies all the grace and kindness that a job that deals with residents in distress requires.

Ann is not only pleasant and caring, but is very diligent in fulfilling her clients' needs. She is very approachable and is easy to talk to, and will always take the time necessary to solve each individual's and family's concerns. Her workload is enormous and she takes her job and duties very seriously. She puts you at ease and instills a feeling of security knowing that you will be helped and will be taken care of. Through all this and her intense schedule, you can always count on Ann's warm and welcoming smile to greet you when you enter her office. It is obvious that Ann is in this field for all the right reasons, because she cares deeply about the welfare and well-being of people, and treats each and every client with respect and importance.

Now it is our turn to take care of, assist, and support Ann in her future endeavors. It is our turn to give back to a very empathetic and caring woman and give her our votes in her run for the office of Newtown's Town Clerk. Ann consistently proves she is a very capable, knowledgable, and energetic woman who always follows through, and keeps her word. She is trustworthy and will never let you down.

Ann is the perfect candidate to represent and uphold the rules and regulations that are in place to protect and provide for Newtown's citizens. She is an asset to Newtown and we should maintain her stay here by showing our appreciation for all that she has done and vote for her as our new town clerk.

Best wishes and the greatest of luck to a most deserving lady.
