‘Climate Change And Hope,’ At Next Garden Club Meeting
The Garden Club of Newtown will host “Climate Change and Hope” on Tuesday, April 23.
The public is invited to this free presentation by Jack Kozuchowski. The program will begin at 1 pm and will be held in the lower community/meeting room of C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street.
An environmentalist, an expert on climate change, and an author, Mr Kozuchowski will explain the difference between climate and weather and address the impact of climate change on the environment. He will also provide positive ways for attendees to help the environment, with hints for best gardening practices for local gardens.
There will be time for Q&A following the presentation.
