BETHEL — An increasing awareness of environmental issues has definitely taken root, and living a more natural and healthy lifestyle is on the forefront of everybody’s mind. In honor of Earth Month, Promotions In Motions, a Danbury marketing and event productions firm, is bringing together the Mind Body Soul Experience with a Go Green Earth Gallery this weekend.

The event will be held Saturday, April 19, from 11 am to 4 pm, at the Stony Hill Inn on Route 6. Exhibitors, seminars, and workshops will cover a wide variety of topics on natural health and living, personal growth, relationships, spirituality, and global consciousness.

Live acoustic music, organic beverages, complimentary massages, holistic body therapies, natural health products, the latest in alternative energy sources, and eco-friendly products are only some of the highlights to be showcased at this unique event.

For some, the term “physical well-being” is the result of good nutrition and an active lifestyle. An increasing number of people, however, are adopting a more holistic interpretation, expanding their definition to include mental and spiritual well-being as well. That is what Mind Body Soul Experience is all about. Featured products, services, and ideas will help nourish the mind, embrace the balance of life, and strengthen the inner self. The event will also be a celebration of human spirituality through personal readings and holistic healing.

The Go Green Earth Gallery will offer practical information on how to put more green in one’s life by making buying decisions and lifestyle choices that help to sustain the environment rather than deplete it. From green building supplies to eco-friendly products, the Go Green Earth Galley is about doing one’s part to protect our precious planet.

The heart of the event will be the wide variety of practitioners, businesses, and organizations coming together in a lively and dynamic forum to explore products, ideas, and services in traditional and not-so-traditional ways to reshape the world and to enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Admission is $5, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Clean Ocean Action sponsored by Aveda products and A New Beginning Salon and Day Spa in Bethel. All attendees have a chance to win a dream vacation to St Lucia.
