On Tuesday, August 9, C.H. Booth Library's next Brown Bag Business Hour will offer a special opportunity to share and discuss business books.chboothlibrary.org, or call the Reference Desk at 203-426-8552.

What business (or non-business) books have inspired you? Share your "best reads," learn more about the library's collection of business books, and bring suggestions for new titles to add to the collection. Also, learn how to download business e-books and audio books.

The program will take place from noon to 1 pm in the library's Meeting Room. Join others in the entrepreneurial, home office, and small business community for this networking opportunity.

Organizers invite attendees to bring lunch and business cards; no registration necessary.

The Brown Bag Business Hour is offered in partnership with the Newtown Chamber of Commerce and the Newtown Economic Development Commission.

Also, on Wednesday, August 10, the library will offer a special program on "Email Essentials."

This question-and-answer session will cover the basics of the most popular email services including Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and others. The program runs from 2 to 4 pm, and will also be presented in the library's lower meeting room.
