When one of our Bee photographers was out collecting Bee’s Buck photos last week, she didn’t realize that while she was trying to sneakily take a photo for this week’s challenge photo, the photographer herself was also being watched.

    Theatergoers looking for lighter summer fare should enjoy the dramatic comedy I Hate Hamlet, to be presented by Town Players of Newtown. The production opens Friday, June 27, at The Little Theatre, 18 Orchard Hill Road.

  • ‘I Hate Hamlet’ Auditions Announced

    Town Players of Newtown will host auditions for I Hate Hamlet on Monday and Tuesday, April 28-29. The auditions will rum from 7:30 to 9 pm each night.

    In Paul Rudnick’s comedy, actor Andrew Rally’s budding television career has suddenly hit a snag with his series cancellation. He has the opportunity to perform Hamlet but doesn’t know if that’s the right thing to do. Can the ghost of Barrymore lead him down the right path?
