    The following workshops have been scheduled by HealingNewtown.

    Unless notes, workshops are presented in the classrooms on the lower level of Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street. Visit HealingNewtown.org and click on Calendar to reserve space.

  • HealingNewtown Workshops, November 11-20

    The following workshops have been scheduled by HealingNewtown, which is set up at Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street. Use the lower entrance to get to the HealingNewtown classrooms space.

    Programs are free, but reservations are requested. Visit HealingNewtown.org and click on Schedule to reserve space.

  • HealingNewtown Workshops, August 19-28

    The following workshops have been scheduled by HealingNewtown through the Arts.

    All workshops are free and are at Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street.

    Weaving Workshop with Hanna Roehrs for adults will continue on Mondays, August 19 and 26, from noon to 3 pm. Beginners are welcome.

    The Joy of Art with Joy Hoffman will continue on Wednesdays, August 21 and 28. Sessions run from 11 am to noon and 1 to 2 pm for kindergarteners.

  • HealingNewtown Workshops

    The following workshops have been scheduled by HealingNewtown.

    All workshops are free and are being offered at Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street, where HealingNewtown recently opened a studio space. Access to the HealingNewtown area is through the lower rear entrance of the church.

  • New Programs Announced At HealingNewtown Arts Space, April 22-27

    Newtown Cultural Arts Commission (NCAC), Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut, and The Connecticut Office of the Arts have come together to create HealingNewtown Arts Space at 5 Queen Street. Free workshops and classes are offered regularly offered by local and regional teachers, artists, musicians, et al.

    Newtown Cultural Arts Commission (NCAC), the Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut, and The Connecticut Office of the Arts have come together to create HealingNewtown Arts Space at 5 Queen Street (next to Caraluzzi’s).
