Moving around to peer inside, she made sure shade covered the little birds hatched in a nest in back. Could the Fairfield Hills duplexes reshape into a health and social service hub? “I think they can be developed thematically,” said First Selectman Pat Llodra recently. Another $1 million is in the CIP for 2014-2015.
