Ruth (Fagan) Dempkowski, 99, of Monroe, formerly of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Raymond Dempkowski, died peacefully November 16. She was born in Bridgeport and was a lifelong area resident before moving to Monroe.

Her loving children and their spouses, Marilyn and John O’Connell of Sandy Hook and Robert and Carol Dempkowski of Somerville, Mass.; and her three grandchildren, Sean O’Connell, Caitlin O’Conner and her husband, Timothy, and Nat Dempkowski, survive her.

In addition to her husband, her brother, Francis Fagan, predeceased her.

Friends may call Tuesday, November 20, from 10 am until time of funeral service at 11, in the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport. Entombment will be private in St Michael’s Chapel Mausoleum.
