All Newtown town offices will be closed Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 18.

The transfer station on Ethan Allen Road, usually only available for contractors on Mondays, will be closed on Presidents’ Day.

C.H. Booth Library will be closed.

The US Postal Service will be closed on Presidents’ Day. There is no mail delivery.

Newtown schools are closed Monday and Tuesday, February 18-19.

EverWonder Children’s Museum will be open on Monday, and Edmond Town Hall Theatre has additional screenings scheduled of this week’s feature, Mary Poppins Returns.

The office of The Newtown Bee, at 5 Church Hill Road, will be open 8 am to 5 pm, on Monday, February 18.
