Stephen J. Link, 76, of Norfolk, Conn., died March 16. He was born November 9, 1939, and was the son of Irene Koteles Link and John J. Link, Sr. He was married to Regina Thomas Link for 55 years. His wife; four children, Regina Lane, Trent Link, and wife Meghan, Stephen, and Christopher; grandchildren Kenneth, Courtney, Brandon, and Kendra; and a brother, Richard, survive Mr Link.
Leon F. Billman, 84, of Marstons Mills, Mass., formerly of Sandy Hook, died April 1. Born July 13, 1930, in New Oxford, Penn., he grew up in Bronx, N.Y., and was the son of the late Helen and George Billman.

Gerald E. “Moon” Mullins, Sr, 85, a lifelong resident of Stamford, died March 22, with his loving family by his side. He was born in Stamford, April 26, 1929, and was the son of the late John and Delia Beirne Mullins.
Marjorie B. Rogers, 81, a longtime resident of Newtown, died March 22 at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife to Lyman Douglas Rogers for 59 years. Born April 27, 1933, in Somerville, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Evelyn L. and James I. Bowers.
Patricia M. Kenning, 80, of Bethel died March 24 at the Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut Center in Danbury, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Dermot J. Kenning. She was born February 22, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Mary Ellen (Campbell) and Patrick King.
