Passing of a friend

Mat was one of the nicest people that I knew. We remained friends for many years even after I moved to Sanata Barbara, California.

I will miss him, as a friend and as a person who was filled with dignity.

To his family may I express my deepest sympathy and please know that he is in a better place, being what he always has been, a gentleman and friend to all.

God bless you in this difficult time.
