NYA Sports & Fitness is offering the following activities:
*Boston Bruins 2nd Annual Floor Hockey Event — Monday, February 17: Stop by to kickoff the start of the floor street hockey season. Reserve a spot at the free event by registering at nyasportsfitness.com.
Times are as follows: 8 and under, 11 am to noon; 10 and under, noon to 1 pm; 12 and under 1 to 2 pm; 14 and under, 2 to 3 pm.
*The Train Your Body Weight Loss Challenge kicks off on Saturday, February 22: Register from 9:30 to 10 am and begin working out at 10 am.
Cost is $75 for members and $100 for nonmembers. You can love your body, and change it at the same time.
This two-week fitness competition will be team driven and supported by NYA certified fitness trainers who will help increase strength and cardio.
Winning team is based on cumulative percentage of body weight and fat lost. Personal trainers will be assigned to, and dedicated to, the success of their team.
Daily personal trainer leads team workouts. There will be a weekend team workout, and prizes from local businesses.
