Christian Speaker David Huskey Coming To Newtown

The Reverend David Huskey, who was scheduled to be in Newtown in February, is planning to visit for three days in April.

The Reverend David Huskey, of David Huskey Ministries, will be in Newtown for speaking engagements April 7–9.

Rev Huskey was scheduled to be a guest for Connections Church in February, but Winter Storm Nemo postponed those plans. Now he will be visiting Newtown to be a guest speaker during the 10 am worship service on Sunday, April 7. He will also be speaking on Monday and Tuesday, April 8–9, at 7 each evening. He will be in Newtown “teaching the Body of Christ how to ‘overcome offenses’ and how to ‘fulfill their destiny in Christ,’” according to his website (davidhuskeyministries.com).

Connections Church meets in The Alexandria Room of Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street.

Rev Huskey founded David Huskey Ministries with his wife Alicia more than 15 years ago.

Based in Sweetwater, Tenn., the mission of David Huskey Ministries, again according to the website, “is to work with God to help develop strong believers and strengthen local churches.”

Rev Huskey is a former pastor of a thriving church who now teaches and preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ as he travels around the world.

All are welcome to attend the worship service and the two additional programs.
