Presenter Jon Barb will cover how to prepare for face-to-face interaction; how to probe, support, close and involve the client using style-matching techniques; and important tips for follow-up.

This seminar is designed to give participants the skills necessary to feel comfortable selling products, services and ideas, both inside and outside of their organizations.
