There is an opening on the C.H. Booth Library Board of Trustees for a Newtown resident with fundraising/development experience.

The library board is committed to providing oversight and direction for the town's library. Its guiding principle is to ensure that that library continues to be an important academic, cultural, and social force in the Newtown community.

The new trustee will become part of an 18-member board currently led by President Robert Geckle.
