It is the dry-aged Black Angus beef, aged 30 days before chefs butcher it to order, that puts Barbarie's Black Angus Grill ahead of other steak houses. Because it features in-house, dry-aged beef, Barbarie's Black Angus Grill can offer New York City-quality cuts at economical New England prices. An extensive brunch, lunch, and dinner menu, as well as a pub menu, means that Barbarie's Black Angus Grill is priced to suit many budgets and satisfy many appetites. Daily specials are offered at lunch and dinner.

Business people, couples, travelers, and families find their way to Barbarie's Black Angus Grill, where customer satisfaction is the owners' goal. Local diners know they can pop in after the movies for a couple of sliders or any of the great sandwiches topping the pub menu.

To the right of the entrance, a horseshoe-shaped "green" bar is a polished expanse reflecting not only soft lighting, but the polished atmosphere and service upheld throughout the restaurant. Booths in the bar area are ideal for groups. The sophisticated ambiance of the bar follows through to the opposite side of the space, where the main dining room is divided in two, for an intimate feel. High-backed booths upholstered in embossed leather line one side. The other half is a combination of booths and table seating. A glass wall extends midway up to the ceiling on the far wall of the dining room, and serves as a visual wine cellar. Centered in that wall, customers peek into a glass-fronted mini locker, where slabs of beef dry-age. Beyond the dining room is "The Boardroom," available for birthdays, graduations, weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, and holiday parties, and accommodating up to 65 guests. A shaded patio provides outdoor seating in warmer months.

Once diners are seated, they are in the care of a well-trained staff. It is a personalized level of service, say the owners, which lets people know that their happiness is the number one priority.

Black Angus Grill now offers "Angus Anywhere" delivery service, ideal for office business and party events; minimum $100 order for delivery/set up.
