CANCELLED: Board of Finance special meeting, 7:30 pm, Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street.  The Board of Finance meeting scheduled for tonight that was to include the Board of Education budget presentation has been cancelled due to weather. The Board of Ed will present its budget to the Board of Finance tomorrow, March 1, at 7 pm, in the Council Chamber of Newtown Municipal Center.
